Trio Loxon was a collective created in 1983 by Guillermo Conte, Rafael Bueno and Majo Okner. Trio Loxon made live painting performances using commercial paint (Loxon brand) on transparent platic. These happened during the exhibitions at Taller La Zona, Cemento and Cafe Einstein, where they also shared the stage with actors, musicians and performers like: Vivi Tellas, Katja Aleman, Las Inalámbricas, Sergio Aisenstein and rock bands like Sumo, Soda Stereo and Los Twist.
These events were meant to celebrate painting as an act as well as the ephemeral experience of the making.
Very few of these pieces physically exist anymore
